RIVER DART FISHING

At Dartmeet, the River Dart offers beautiful, wild fishing in a truly scenic setting. You’ll find wild brown trout here, with occasional sea trout and salmon.

Fishing is not open access, so you’ll need:

  • A valid rod licence (age 12+)

  • A local day permit for the river

The upper Dart is mainly fly fishing only and can be quite technical, so it’s best suited to those with some experience. If you’re new, we recommend booking a local guide to help you make the most of it.
